The project timing for ASE was very constrained given the requirements imposed by Ergon Energy, the looming wet season and the current State Government department (DNRME) who directly funded this installation. ASE coordinated the entire site installation, stakeholder management with the Local council and police and assisted in preparation for an onsite BBQ held by the Government and Local communities and School.
